Shipping Information

Our seed snacks are delivered to you in a cardboard postal box and will be sent 1st class by Royal Mail. Orders in excess of one box will be delivered in a larger cardboard box as a small parcel.
Delivery will be on Tuesday - Friday (Bank holidays excepted). If you want weekend delivery or delivery guaranteed then please email us to arrange this and there will be an additional charge

Above 2 boxes free
Weekend delivery – extra £15 in addition to the standard charges above 

Refunds 

If our seed snacks are delivered to you in a condition that you are not happy with or the container is broken or damaged in any way please notify us immediately on delivery. To be eligible for a full refund you must inform us within 24 hours of receipt of the delivery with an image of the damaged box or snacks. Once you have notified us, if the product is broken or damaged we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will not be entitled to a refund if you fail to inform us within this time. If you have any questions or concerns contact us.
