Shipping & Refunds
All our winter soups are delivered to your frozen in product boxes with coolants where they will keep frozen for up to 48 hours. We will deliver the summer soups to you in ice packs with coolants and they will last for up to 4 days in your refrigerator. We will send you an email when you have ordered to arrange delivery and on the day agreed your package will be delivered by courier before 4pm. Someone must be there at the agreed day to sign and accept delivery. We cannot accept any responsibility for your delivery if there is no-one to sign for it.
Delivery will be on Tuesday - Friday (Bank holidays excepted). If you want weekend delivery or delivery guaranteed in the morning or after 4pm then there will be an additional charge.

If our soups are delivered to you in a condition that you are not happy with or the container is broken or damaged in any way please notify us immediately on delivery. To be eligible for a full refund you must inform us within 24 hours of receipt of the delivery. Once you have notified us, if the product is broken or damaged we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will not be entitled to a refund if you fail to put your soups in the refrigerator at 3 degrees or below if delivered chilled, or in the freezer at -18 degrees or below if delivered frozen, on receipt of the delivery.
