Molly's overnight oats
Ingredients
- 40g oats
- 30g chocolate protein powder (or 1 tbsp cocoa powder & 1 tsp sweetener)
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 150ml soy milk
- 1 tbsp cherry jam
- Fresh cherries
- Coconut yoghurt
- Pep & Lekker Cacao and Coconut seed snacks.
Method
- Line a small bowl with cling film
- Mix the oat ingredients (oats, chocolate, cinnamon and soy milk) together to make a thick porridge and pour half into the lined bowl
- Spoon the jam into the middle and cover with the remaining mixture
- Leave overnight
- Carefully ease the mixture onto a plate and add your toppings (cherries, yogurt and seed snacks)
