Roasted vegetables with homemade tahini dressing

Homemade tahini dressing served with roasted vegetables and Cumin & Linseed Seed Snacks ~ a low carb, nutrient-dense alternative that packs a crunch to your favourite salads.

Dressing ingredients:
½ cup + 2 tbsp Tahini
¼ cup + 2 tbsp freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice
¼ cup + 2 tbsp Water
½ tsp Salt (or to taste)
2 tsp Apple Cider Vinegar
1-2 tbsp Maple Syrup
½ -1 tsp chopped Red Chillies

Simply mix together in a bowl and get drizzling!
