SHIPPING AND REFUNDS

If our seed snacks are delivered to you in a condition that you are not happy with or the container is broken or damaged in any way please notify us immediately on delivery. To be eligible for a full refund you must inform us within 24 hours of receipt of the delivery with an image of the damaged box or snacks. Once you have notified us, if the product is broken or damaged we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will not be entitled to a refund if you fail to inform us within this time. If you have any questions or concerns contact us.
